Applications are invited for the posts of Members, Industrial Court, in the Judicial Service of the State of Maharashtra :
Members (Industrial Court): 14 posts
Pay scale : Rs.16750-20500/-
Age : not less than 35 years and more than 50 years of age.
Qualification : a degree holder in Law of a University established by law. (b) practicing as an Advocate in the High Court or Courts subordinate thereto for not less than 10 years on the date of publication of Advertisement. OR must have worked as a Public Prosecutor or Government Pleader for not less than 10 years as such and in computing the period of 10 years, the period during which the candidate has practiced as an Advocate shall be included. (c ) Knowledge of Marathi.
