Applications are invited for the posts of Judge, Labour Court in the Judicial Service of the State of Maharashtra :
Judge Labour Courts: 29 posts
Pay scale : Rs.12850-17550/-
Age : not less than 25 years and more than 35 years of age.
Qualification : a holder of Degree in Law (b) practicing as an Advocate in the High Court or Courts subordinate thereto for not less than 7 years Advertisement. OR must have worked as a Public Prosecutor or Government Pleader for not less than 7 years as such and in computing the period of 7 years, the period during which the candidate has practiced as an Advocate shall be included.
