Advertisement for a Junior Research Fellow (JRF) Position in Microbiology

Applications are invited for a Department of Biotechnology, Government of India sponsored project entitled.

• Junior Research Fellow (JRF)
• Salary: Rs. 16,000/- + Medical as per Institute rules
• Qualifications: MSc/M.Tech. in Microbiology/Bioinformatics or related fields.
• Expectations: Candidates should have excellent academic performance, and practical experience in microbiology techniques. In addition, knowledge of bioinformatics (programming in perl) would be preferred but is not essential.
• Duration: 1 year (Extendable by a year on satisfactory performance)
