A combined competitive examination for recruitment to Grade IV of the Services will be held by the UPSC
  

• Indian Economics Service: 19 Posts
• Qualification: Postgraduate degree in Economics / Applied Economics / Business Economics / Econometric.
• Indian Statistical Service: 46 Posts
• Qualification: Post-Graduate degree in Statistics / Mathematical Statistics / Applied Statistics from a University.

Age: 21 years and must not have attained the age of 30 years on 01.01.2011
Physical Standards: Must be physically fit according to physical standards for admission to Indian Economic Service/ Indian Statistical Service Examination, 2011.
