Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur, invites application from Indian Nationals for faculty posts in the  disciplines of Technology Law and Intellectual Property Right departments :-

• Dean :
• Pay Scale: PB-4 Rs.37400-67000 + AGP Rs. 10500/-
• Experience: At least 10 years teaching / research / industrial experience of which 5 years should be at the level of Associate / Professional experience in Supreme Court, High Court as Advocate.
• Professor:
• Pay Scale: PB-4 Rs.37400-67000 + AGP Rs. 10500/-
• Experience: At least 10 years teaching / research / industrial experience of which 5 years should be at the level of Associate / Professional experience in Supreme Court, High Court as Advocate.
• Associate Professor :
• Pay Scale: PB-4 Rs.37400-67000 + AGP Rs. 9500/-
• Experience: At least 6 years teaching / research / industrial experience of which 3 years should be at the level of Assistant Professor/ Professional experience in Supreme Court, High Court as Advocate.
• Assistant Professor :
• Pay Scale: PB-3 Rs.15600-39100 + AGP Rs.8000/-.
• Experience: At least 3 years teaching / research / industrial experience.

Qualification: Ph.D. with first class or equivalent at all the preceding degrees in appropriate branch and evidence of the ability to pursue independent high quality research.
