Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya, Bhopal invites applications from the eligible candidates for following faculty positions in University Teaching Departments/ University Institute of Technology, RGPV, Bhopal:-

• Assistant Professor: 09 posts
• Pay Scale: Rs. 15600-39000+ 6000
• Qualification: BE/B.Tech and ME/M.Tech in relevant branch with First Class or equivalent either in BE/B.Tech or ME/M.Tech Aptitude for Research is highly desirable.
• Associate Professor: 14 posts
• Pay Scale: Rs. 37400-67000+9000
• Qualification: Qualification as above that is for the post of Assistant Professor, as applicable and Ph.D or equivalent, in appropriate discipline with minimum of 05 years experience in teaching/research/industry of which 02 years post Ph.D experience is desirable. Post Ph.D publications in journals of repute and guiding Ph.D student is highly desirable.
• Professor: 03 posts
• Pay Scale: Rs. 37400-67000+10000 fixed at a stage not below Rs. 43000
• Qualification: Qualification as above that is for the post of Associate Professor, applicable with minimum of 10 years teaching/research/industrial experience of which at least 5 years should be at the level of Associate Professor. Post Ph.D publications in journals of repute and guiding Ph.D student is highly desirable OR Minimum of 13 years experience in teaching and/or Research and/or Industry. In case of research experience, good academic record and books/research paper publications/IPR/patents record shall be required as deemed fit by the expert members of the Selection Committee. If the experience in industry is considered, the same shall be at managerial level equivalent to Associate Professor with active participation record in devising /designing, planning, executing, analyzing, quality control, innovating, training, technical books/research paper publications/IPR/patents, etc. as deemed fit by the expert members of the selection committee.
• Dy. Director Sports: 01 Post
• Pay Scale: Rs. 37400-67000+9000
• Qualification: First Class or an equivalent CGPA at the Master’s Degree with PhD in Physical Education. Eight Years experience as University Assistant DPES/college DPES. Evidence of organizing competitions and conducting coaching camps of at least two weeks duration. Evidence of having produced good performance teams/athletes for competitions like state/national/inter-university/combined university, etc.
