Applications are invited from Indian Citizens for appointment to Group A post of Specialist Medical Officers Deputy Commandant) and Medical Officers (Assistant Commandant) in Central Police Forces (BSF, CRPF, ITBP, SSB and Assam Rifles), Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India.

• Specialist Medical Officers (Deputy Commandant) : 240 Posts (BSF - 63, CRPF - 135, SSB - 20, ITBP - 16, Assam Rifles - 6)
• Pay Scale : Rs.15,600 - 39,100/- plus Grade pay Rs.6,600/-
• Age : 35 years as on the last date of receipt of application.
• Medical Officers (Assistant Commandant) : 335 Posts (BSF - 62, CRPF - 95, SSB - 43, ITBP - 111, Assam Rifles - 24)
• Pay Scale : Rs.15,600 - 39,100/- plus Grade pay Rs. 5400/-
• Age : 30 years as on the last date of receipt of application
