• Qualification : The Candidate should possess a Degree from a recognized University with Post Graduate Degree in Personnel Management, Industrial Relations and Labour welfare from a recognized University with a minimum of 7 years experience in all aspects of Industrial Relations, Labour Welfare and Personnel Management functions in a large Industrial undertaking.
