Eligibility: Persons working in the rank of Deputy Secretary/ under Secretary or equivalent in any offices under Govt. of India and having minimum experience of 5 years in Administration may apply through proper channel by Transfer of Deputation (including short-term contract)/ transfer from among officers in the Central Government/ State Government/ Semi- Government/ Statutory or Autonomous Organisations.
