Walk-In-Interview for the following posts in National Rural Health Mission, the District Health & Family Welfare Society, Rewari on contract basis :

• Computer Assistant – Logistics & Reporting : 02 posts, Pay : Rs.8000/- pm, Qualification : Graduate in any Discipline & Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application with at least 55% marks., Age : 45 years
• Pharmacist : 01 post, Pay : Rs.9400/- pm., Qualification : D-Pharma,Minimum experience of one year desirable.
• Data Entry Operator : 06 posts, Pay : Rs.5500/-, Qualification : 10+2 (with 50% marks) and one year course in Computer Application/ NCVT Certificate (with 50% marks) of Graduate, One years course in Computer Applications/ NCVT Certificate (with 50% marks) or 3 years diploma in Modern office Practice/ Computer Engineering/ Electronics & Comm. Engg. with 50% marks. Knowledge of typing in Hindi & English is Compulsory. , Age: 45 years.
• Information Assistant : 01 post, Pay : Rs.6000/- pm., Qualification : Graduate with at least second division and O level of DOEACC or equivalent., Age : 45 years
• MBBS Doctors : 04 posts, Pay : Rs.25000/- pm, Qualification : MBBS preference to lady doctors. One year experience is desirable
• Information Assistant : 02 posts (for CHCs) , Pay : Rs.4500/- pm., Qualification :10+2 with ITI / Polytechnic/ One year Computer Data Entry Diploma from Haryana Govt. recognised Institute. Knowledge of typing in Hindi & English is compulsory., Age : 45 years
• Staff Nurse : 02 posts, Qualification : GNM course from recognised institute and registered with Haryana Nursing Registration Council. B.Sc. Nuring is desirable preference shall be given to Local candidates., Age : 50 years, 01 years experience is desirable.

Apply on prescribed format which can be collected from office of DH&FWS Rewari on payment of Rs.100. Application filled and complete in all respect should reach in the office of Civil Surgeon, Rewari upto 10.08.09 at 4.00 pm. Send separate application for more than one post.

Walk-In-Interview will be conducted on 13.08.2009 at 10.00 am sharp and the candidates should bring their original documents/ certificates at the time of interview in the office of District Health & Family Welfare Society, Rewari.
