The Central Leather Research Institute, Chennai, a National Laboratory of the Council of Scientific & Industrial Research is one of the world’s premier institutes engaged in research in the area of leather science and technology associated with several international and national programmes seeks to recruit in the following expertise areas at Scientist Gr. IV (2) and (3) level from talented and dynamic Indian Nationals for the following scientific positions.

Scientist Gr.IV (2) : 15 posts
Pay Scale : Rs.15600-39100 Grade Pay Rs. 6600/-
Age : 35 years. Relaxation as per rules.

Scientist Gr.IV(3) : 05 posts
Pay Scale : Rs.15600-39100 Grade Pay Rs. 7600/-
Age : 40 years. Relaxation as per rules.

How to Apply: Prescribed Application form which is available on CLRI website www.clri.nic.in. should be filled completely in all respects and the printout of the Application supported by attested copies of certificates of educational qualifications, experience, etc together with an application fee (if applicable) of Rs.100/- (Rupees One hundred only) single A/c payee Bank Draft of State Bank of India (SBI) with six months validity, payable at Chennai in the form of crossed Demand Draft valid for at least 6 months in favour of Director, Central Leather Research Institute payable at Chennai is to be sent in an envelope superscribing Application for the post of Scientist Group-IV(Area-Post code) to the Controller of Administration, Central Leather Research Institute, S P Road, Adyar, Chennai 600 020, so as to reach on or before 18.09.2009.
