Scientist -D: 02 Posts
Pay: Rs. 15600-39100 with Grade Pay Rs. 6600/-
Age Limit: 35 years as on 1st January 2010
Qualification: M.Sc. (Physics) with 5 years research experience in experimental Condensed Matter Physics or Material Science or Low Temperature Physics or Thin Films or Multi layers or Nanostructures, or Ph.D. in these areas, with publications in peer-reviewed Journals.

Junior Engineer - B: 03 Posts
Pay: Rs. 9300-34800 with Grade Pay Rs. 4200/-
Age Limit: 30 years as on 1st January 2010
Qualification: Diploma (after 10+2) in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics Engineering with minimum 60% marks or B.Sc. with Physics with minimum 60% marks.
