Walk-in for Research Associate, Senior Research Fellow and Office Assistant in NRCPB

A Walk in interview will be held to select candidates for the positions of Research Associate, Senior Research Fellow and Office Assistant in the project entitled "Bioprospecting of genes and allele mining for abiotic stress tolerance". Desirous candidates may report for interview at 10.00 am on respective dates at National Research Centre on Plant Biotechnology, LBS building. Pusa campus New Delhi-12 along with five copies of Bio-data and original certificates/ testimonials.

• Research Associate: Post-02, Pay- Rs. 18000+30% HRA for Ph.D or Rs. 17000+30% HRA for M.Sc., Qualification- Ph.D. in Molecular Biology/ Biotechnology/ Genetics/ any branch of Life Science with research experience in Molecular genetics/ Molecular biology/ Stress physiology or M.Sc. in any of the above subjects with at least two years of post M.Sc. research experience in Molecular genetics/ Molecular biology/ Stress Physiology.
• Senior Research Fellow: Post-03, Pay- Rs. 14000+30% HRA, Qualification- M.Sc. in Molecular Biology/ Biotechnology/ Genetics/ any branch of Life Science with research experience in Molecular biology.
• Office Assistant: Post-02, Pay- Rs. 8000 pm, Qualification- Graduate with first division in any discipline with six months certificate in computer applications from Government recognized Institute alongwith working experience in shorthand/ accountancy and one year work experience.
  

The above posts are purely temporary and will be filled on contractual basis for an initial period of one year, which may be extended on yearly basis after satisfactory performancy on the incumbent till termination of the scheme. There is no provision of re-engagement after termination of the scheme. The selected candidates shall not claim for regular appointment at this institute as the fellowship is co-terminus with respective scheme.
