FACULTY POSITIONS

The Indian Institute of Management Lucknow (IIML), established by the Government of India, is one of the premier business schools in the country offering post-graduate and doctoral programmes in management. Applications are invited for faculty positions in the following areas:

Qualification and Experience :

• Assistant Professor - Ph.D with first class or equivalent at the preceding degree in the appropriate branch with a very good academic record throughout and at least three years industrial/ research/ teaching experience.
• Associate Professor - Ph.D with first class or equivalent at the preceding degree in the appropriate branch with a very good academic record throughout and a minimum of 8 years experience of which at least 3 years should be at the level of Assistant Professor.
• Professor- Ph.D with first class or equivalent at the preceding degree in the appropriate branch with a very good academic record throughout and a minimum of 10 years experience of which at least 5 years should be at the level of Assistant Professor/Associate Professor.
  

Pay Scale:

• Assistant Professor : Rs. 12000 - 420 - 18300
• Associate Professor : Rs. 16400 - 450 - 20000
• Professor : Rs. 18400 - 500 – 22400
