Eligibility: Officers under Central/ State Governments/ Universities/ recognized research institutions/ statutory/ semi government or autonomous organizations holding analogous posts on regular basis or with 8 years of service in the scale of Rs. 12000-420-18300 or Rs. 12000-375-16500 or with 13 years of service in the pay scale of Rs. 10000-325-15200
