Qualification- Full time Graduate Degree in the relevant branch of Engineering with minimum 60% marks in aggregate.
- Executive Trainee (Telemetry): Qualification- Full time Graduate Degree in Electronics or Electronics & Communication Engineering with minimum 60% marks in aggregate.
- Executive Trainee (Environmental Engineering): Qualification- Full time Graduate Degree in Environmental Engineering with minimum 60% marks in aggregate. or Two years full time Post Graduate Degree in Environmental Engineering/ Environmental Science with minimum 60% marks in aggregate.
- Executive Trainee (Finance & Accounts): Qualification- CA/ ICWA / Two years full time MBA- with specialization in Finance with minimum 60% marks in aggregate in MBA.
- Executive Trainee (Human Resources): Qualification- Two years full time MBA/ MSW with specialization in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations/ Human Resources Management with minimum 60% marks in aggregate or Two years full time PG Degree/ Diploma in Personal Management & Industrial Relations/ Human Resources Management with minimum 60% marks in aggregate.
- Executive Trainee (Corporate Communication): Qualification- Full time Graduate Degree with 60% and above marks and Two years full time post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Communication/ Advertising and Communication Management/ Public Relations/ Mass Communication/ Journalism with minimum 60% marks in aggregate.
- Executive Trainee (Marketing): Qualification- Full time Graduate Degree in Engineering with PG Diploma in Marketing with minimum 60% marks in each or Full time MBA having specialization in Marketing with minimum 60% marks in aggregate.
- Executive Trainee (Security): Qualification- Full time Graduate Degree, with 60% marks in aggregate. Diploma in Industrial Security will be considered an added qualification. Should have served as Commissioned Officer in the Armed forces or at an equivalent level in the Para-military forces, preferably having experience in a security installation and Fire Fighting/ First Aid.
Pay Scale: The Selected Candidates will be placed in the pay scale of Rs. 20600-46500/- at the Basic Pay of Rs. 20600/- during one year training as Executive Trainee in E-1 grade. On Successful completion of their training they will be placed in the pay scale of Rs, 24900-50500/- at the Basic Pay of Rs. 24900/- with one year probation in E-2 grade.
