• Chief (Analytical) : 01 post, Pay Scale Rs. 18400-500-22400/-, Age : Preferably below 45 years, Contractual Appointment/ Deputation. Educational Qualifications & Experience: Master Degree in Organic/ Analytical/ Agricultural Chemistry with not less than 65% marks with 15 years experience in the field in Central/ State Govt./ PSUs/ Universities/ Research Institute of repute/ Laboratories/ reputed private companies. OR Ph.D. in any of the above branch, with 13 years of experience in the field in Central/ State Govt./ PSUs/ Universities/ Research Institute of repute/Laboratories/ reputed private companies. (ii) Evidence of contribution to research supported by published work/ innovation. (iii) Practical experience for use of modern analytical instruments like GLC/HPLC/FTIRlGC-MS.
• Deputy Chief (Bio-Science) : 01 Post, Pay Scale Rs. 12000-375-16500/-, Max. Age: Preferably below 35 years, Educational Qualifications & Experience: M.Sc. in Agriculture/ Entomology/ Plant Pathology with 7 years experience in the field in Central/ State Govt./ PSUs/ Universities/ Research Institute of repute/ Iaboratories/ reputed private companies. Or Ph.D. in Agriculture/ Entomology/ Plant Pathology with 4 years of experience in the field in Central/ State Govt./ PSUs/ Universities/ Research Institute of repute/ laboratories/ reputed private companies. Evidence of contribution to research supported by published work/innovation.
• Deputy Chief (Formulation) : 01 post, Pay Scale Rs. 12000-375-16500/-, Max. Age: Preferably below 35 years, Educational Qualifications & Experience: M.Sc. in Chemistry/ Agricultural Chemistry preferably Physical/ Organic Chemistry with not less than 65% marks with 7 years experience in the lield in Central/ State Govt./ PSUs/ Universitiesl/ Research Institute of repute/ laboratories/ reputed private companies. OR Ph.D. with 4 years of experience in the field in Central/State Govt./ PSUs/ Universities/ Research Institute of repute/ laboratories/ reputed private companies. Evidence of contribution to research supported by published work/innovation.
• Technical Officer (Pilot Plant) : 01Post, Pay Scale Rs. 8000-275-13500/-, Max. Age: Preferably below 30 years, Educational Qualifications & Experience: B.Sc. in Chemical Engg./ B.Tech. with 6 years experience in Central/ State Govt./ PSUs/ Universities/ Research Institute of repute/ laboratories/ reputed private companies or Ph.D. in Engineering.
• Scientist : 01 post (OBC), Pay Scale : Rs. 5500-175-9000/-, Max. Age: Preferably below 28 years, Educational Qualifications & Experience: B.Sc. with 65% marks & minimum 2 years experience in Central/ State Govt./ PSUs/ Universities/ Research institute of repute/ laboratories/ reputed private companies. Or Master Degree in Organic/ Analytical/ Agricultural Chemistry with not less than 55% marks.
• Scientist (Pilot Plant) : 01 post (OBC), Rs. 5500-175-9000/-, Max. Age: Preferably below 28 years, Educational Qualifications & Experience: B.Se. in Physics, Math & Chemistry with minimum 65% marks and 2 years experience in the field or three years Diploma in Engineering with 3 years experience.

All appointments are contractual in nature for a period of 5 (five) years which can be renewed depending upon performance and mutual consent.
