Hiring of Linemen on Contract Basis CRA-267/11
Punjab State Power Corporation Ltd. is a power generating and distributing organization of Government of Punjab and intends to hire Linemen for purely on contract basis.
1. Lineman on contract basis : 5000 posts
Emoluments: Rs.10,000/- consolidated per month
Qualification :
i) Matriculation or equivalent qualification and National Apprenticeship Certificate in Lineman Trade.
ii) The candidates who possess higher education as Diploma in Electrical Engineering/ Degree pass will be considered only if they have minimum qualifications as National Apprenticeship Certificate in Lineman Trade.
iii) The candidates who have passed successfully National Apprenticeship Training Certificate test in the trade of Lineman.
iv) The candidates must have done 2 years Apprenticeship in PSPCL/ PSTCL or erstwhile PSEB.
Age: 18 to 37 years as on 1.1.2011. Upper age limit is relaxable as admissible under rules/ instructions of PSPCL/PSTCL/ Punjab Govt.

i) Commencement of Online Registration : 21.1.2011at 10.00 AM
ii) Closing date & time for Online Registration of application : 14.2.2011 at 4.00 PM
iii) Last date of depositing the fee in the bank : 17.2.2011
iv) Last date of receiving the signed copy of application : 21.2.2011 up to 5:00PM
